All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only considered confirmed once we have received the required advance payment and issued a booking confirmation receipt.

• An initial deposit of 30% to 50% of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking.
• The full payment must be cleared at least 15 days prior to the departure date.
• For peak season bookings (festivals, holidays), 100% advance payment may be required.

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations must be made in writing via email. The following cancellation charges apply based on the number of days prior to departure:

• 30+ Days: 15% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
• 15 to 29 Days: 30% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
• 7 to 14 Days: 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
• Less than 7 Days: No refund (100% cancellation fee).

Please note that flight tickets, train tickets, and special hotel bookings may have their own non-refundable cancellation policies which will supersede the above.

King Paradise reserves the right to modify the itinerary or substitute hotels/transport with alternatives of a similar standard in case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, weather conditions, or operational issues.

• We will make every effort to notify you of any major changes prior to departure.
• Any additional costs incurred due to forced changes (like delayed flights or road blocks) must be borne by the client.

King Paradise highly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure. We act only in the capacity of an agent for hotels, airlines, and transporters.

• We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services.
• We are not responsible for delays or expenses caused by sickness, weather, strikes, or acts of God.

It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that they possess valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates required for their journey. King Paradise will not be held responsible for any passenger denied entry or boarding due to invalid documents.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi.
