All cancellations must be communicated to King Paradise Tour & Travels in writing via email. The cancellation charges depend on the time of communication prior to the departure date:

• 30 Days or more prior to departure: 25% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
• 15 to 29 Days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
• 7 to 14 Days prior to departure: 75% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
• Less than 7 Days / No Show: 100% of the total tour cost will be deducted (No Refund).

Refunds (if applicable according to the cancellation policy) will be processed within 7 to 10 working days after receiving the formal cancellation request.

• Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during the booking.
• Bank charges or gateway fees incurred during the transaction are strictly non-refundable.

Flight and train tickets booked through King Paradise Tour & Travels are subject to the specific cancellation policies of the respective airlines and railways. Service charges applied by us for booking tickets are non-refundable.

If a tour is canceled or altered due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemic-related lockdowns), King Paradise will make every effort to provide alternative travel dates or issue a credit note for future travel. Direct cash refunds in such scenarios are subject to supplier policies.
